BRAZIL - 9645.35, Radio Bandeirantes, Sao Paolo, very nice signal 2350 with pgm Jornal Esportiva in progress. Many musical ad anmts, very high production value. Laughing, smooth-talking dj in PP. Heard 4/7 and 4/8. This station is my old friend -- first QSL from Brazil, more than 40 years ago, for an EE lang reception report for a logging on a Knightkit Star Roamer. :-) (R Perry, Illinois)

GUYANA - 3290, GBC, best heard yet, 4/11 at 0940 with Hindi pop song at tune-in with tabla, OM & YL in duet. 0942 ancr weaving in and out over a musical theme, "...A very good morning! It's 5:42 . . . we'll be featuring music for that very special someone. More birthday greetings now . . . . so Happy Birthday, Emil . . . saying 'hi' and Happy Birthday to . . . so now it's 5:45 and here's Michael Jackson for . . ."
