BRAZIL - 9665.10, Radio Voz Missionaria, 2310 tune-in on 3/3 tnx to tip from gh! Christian PP pop mx, then into OM PP long, inspirational speech at 2314. Even in PP, could pick up references to God, the family, the Bible, etc. 2320 "Amen, alleluia!!" several times, then YL intoning in a somewhat ecstatic PP, with mx building, behind her. Able to tune the // fqy of 5939.85, tho at a much lower level. Nice signal and no QRM. (R Perry, Illinois

BRAZIL - 9654.35, R. Bandeirantes, Sao Paolo, 2300 3/3 with fair signal tho getting splattered by QRM. 2 OMs in PP dialogue. A sentimental station for me, whenever I hear it, as Bandeirantes was my first Brazilian logging (and QSL!) almost 35 years ago. (R Perry, Illinois)

BOLIVIA - 4699.96, Radio San Miguel, Riberalta, noted 1015 already in progress 3/4, OM SS tks repeatedly mtning Bolivia. Occasional GMT-4 t/c,s. Seemed nx show with remote actualities being played. 1028 OM: ". . . ustedes en sintonia con Radio San Miguel . . . programacion del campo y patrimonio nacional . . . las seis de la manana . . . nuestro amigos . . ." 1029 pgm ends, YL crooning with guitar, orch rift, then back into OM in SS again. PERU - R. Cultural Amauta, Huanta, good signal 3/4 and 3/5. 1043 t/in 3/4 with 2 OM tlks in SS, sermonish dialogue, breaking at 1048 with OA mxa folklorica featuring yipping YLs, guitars and quenas. At 1052 came the ID by OM, "MB dias, amigos oyentes, ustedes escuchando ... buenos dias . . . Huanta, Radio Cultural . . ." At 1100 the 6 a.m. t/ck and another ID, f/by very pleasingly rustic huayno. Also heard 3/5 at 1107 check, best OA sig in the band at this time, tho a very noisy morning. (R Perry, Illinois)

PERU - 4824.47, Radio La Voz de la Selva, Iquitos, noted 1058 on 3/5 with big carrier tho lower modulation, OA mxa folklorica vocals by OM w/guitar and quenas. 1101 OM yelling in SS in echo chamber f/by program of more musica del campo. Also reliably noting R. Huanta 2000 most mornings around 1030 on steady 4746.97 (R Perry, Illinois)
