6950 Captain Morgan Shortwave at 0045 with Christmas electic guitar instrumental solos and a 50s Christmas song then "Feliz Navidad" at 0053 followed by brief bells at 0056 and "Merry Christmas" and e-mail as captainmorganshortwave@gmail.com then a string of IDs and off at 0101 - Poor Dec 17 Coady-ON

6940 kHz (AM) USA (Pirate) Radio Casablanca noted 12/16 at 2230 UTC with "You're listening to Radio Casablanca" IDs, gave E-mail address for reception reports, clips from the movie "Casablanca", the war declaration speech President Franklin D. Roosevelt gave on December 8, 1941, and World War II era music. Fair signal.

Had a listen to WTWW this morning at 2050 UTC on 9480 kHz, reception was very good and they were chatting about emails and letters received and then doing an advertisement for the hamtestonline.com, I presume this would only apply for people in the US and would not be valid in other countries! Interesting station anyway!

This is my first reception and recording of Djibouti ever, on 4780 kHz December 9, 2012. The CODAR QRM is horrible and destructive, but you can just hear the radio station underneath the mess.
